Shipping Types
Our products are delivered in the following ways:
Front-door package delivery (e.g., UPS, USPS) to your shipping address
Local pickup from a UPS Access Point. Select a UPS Access Point at checkout and never miss a delivery again. You will receive an email notification when your order arrives at your selected location and can then pick it up at your convenience within 7 days.
Home delivery for most furniture and other items that exceed the package shipping weight limit; typically includes our Premium White Glove Service and unlimited items for a flat rate. Home delivery may be available at a reduced flat rate; does not include assembly and you are responsible for bringing the item home.
Pick up from local store, ship to store
Delivery surcharge
For items that are large, heavy, or in limited supply, a delivery surcharge may be charged in addition to the standard delivery and handling fee. This charge is shown on the product page with the item price and is in addition to the regular delivery and handling charge.
Sales Tax
For items shipped to the following states and U.S. territories, sales tax will be charged on the total amount of the merchandise: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV*, WY *and Puerto Rico.
States and U.S. territories marked with an asterisk also impose shipping and processing charges. Sales tax is based on the location where the order is received. Local sales tax at the delivery destination is also charged. Orders delivered to California locations are FOB Destination, which means title passes in California.
ORDER PROCESSING
When placing an order online, in-store, or by phone, please be aware that your credit or debit card will be charged for certain items. These items include (but are not limited to) custom furniture, brand name appliances, cookware, art, lighting, textiles, bath and kitchen hardware, bedding and bath linens, cookbooks, certain perishable foods, and small furniture items shipped via UPS. This policy also applies to items sold by third-party vendors, often referred to as drop shippers, who ship directly to customers.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Through our partnership with Borderless, we are pleased to provide customers in different countries with an enhanced international shopping experience.

SHIPPING TO THE USA FROM INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS
All international orders must have a ship to a destination outside the United States. We cannot support customers with international billing addresses shipping to US addresses.
