Returns
At elidorsman.com, we take great pride in the quality of our products. You may initiate a return for eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order or within 7 days of receiving your order. Custom-made items are not eligible. If you have any questions regarding a defective or damaged merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Center immediately. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please review our complete return policy, including items that are not eligible for return, before beginning the return process.

Return Options
Sent by Mail – Items shipped by mail may be returned by mail with a prepaid UPS label. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for the shipping and handling charges for the return.
Online – Returning online is simple if you have your order number and billing zip code (or shipping zip code for gifts). Pack your item securely in the original box and packaging and use the provided UPS label to ship your return. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for the shipping and handling charges for the return.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase is required for a refund or merchandise credit on eligible merchandise. We will accept all proof of purchase below.

Refunds
Original Receipt – Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Gift Receipt – Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit in the amount of the gift receipt.
Cash and Check Refunds – Cash and Check Refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check and mailed to you (may take up to 14 business days).
Over $10,000 – If you return merchandise credits in the amount of more than $10,000, we will issue you a $10,000 merchandise credit the same day and then mail additional merchandise credits to cover the remaining amount owed to you.
Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
Price Adjustments
Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments, regardless of whether the item has not yet been shipped.
International Returns
Online returns and in-store returns are only available for items shipped to the United States. If you wish to return an eligible item that has been shipped to another country, you must obtain a Return Authorization from our Customer Service Center.
